中四常規課程 Vol 7 - 4. Acids & Bases 酸和鹽基 (Part 4)

我認為TC的教學方式好適合，我平時喺上堂比較難明白嘅重點，TC可以用一個比較快捷和容易記嘅方法，令我哋容易啲明白當中嘅意思，他還會運用DSE的題目作preference教我們如何處理 DSE的題目,不時還會在上堂時使用Kahoot一起互動增加上課的趣味性

講得快又清晰，上堂仲會用一啲比較有趣嘅日常例子作解釋，增添左一啲樂趣，冇咁沉悶，仲有小測可以鞏固一下上堂學嘅嘢，冇咁容易忘記。比學校啲老師講快好多，全部重點，題目都有一啲係相對比較難，之前未睇過嘅題型

課堂好急促，但係一堂真係會有好多內容，筆記入面都有好多題目可以上完堂之後自己做，question bank啲題目都好實用。一堂入面都會問吓我哋上堂跟唔跟到，又會有啲問答填下，上堂嘅時候就會冇咁悶。

Acid and base is a really important topic. Tc sir teaches very well. He helps me to clear all the concepts in the topic and there are also exam questions for me to try and to ensure that I know the marking scheme and the way of explaining different types of questions that will appear in the exam. His notes can replace textbooks and the super memo is awesome which helps me to recall those concepts in the topic

Add 1 cm' of the peanut extract to a test tube. Add an equal volume of Benedict's
solution.

Boil the mixture in a boiling water bath for five minutes.

If the peanut extract contains reducing sugars, a brick-red precipitate is formed.
Otherwise, no brick-red precipitate is formed and the mixture remains blue in colour.

It adds bulk to the food to stimulate peristalsis along the alimentary canal.
